IVECCS has a specific block of sleeping rooms in the headquarters hotel, JW Marriott Desert Ridge, so reservations will need to be made early. When the block is filled, the special symposium rate cannot be guaranteed even if received before the cut-off date.

The special guest room rates will apply 3 days before and 3 days after the Symposium on a space availability basis. Cut Off Date is August 20, 2008. Reservations must be received by the cut-off date or the prevailing “rack rate” may be applied.
